1. Who we are
R3 Social Studio is a done-for-you social media content studio operated by Rikardo Ripalda, based in Spain. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Our service
R3 Social Studio creates monthly social media content packs for coaches, including social media posts (copy + hook + CTA), custom-designed visuals (Canva templates ready to post) and reel/video ideas with simple scripts. We deliver content packs within the timeframes stated on our website after receiving your completed brief.
3. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required before content production begins. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
4. Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your first content pack, notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@r3socialstudio.com. We will offer one free revision round or a full refund at our discretion. After the first month, we do not offer refunds for content already delivered.
5. Intellectual property
Once your content pack is delivered and payment is confirmed, all content created for you becomes your property. You are free to publish, edit and use it as you see fit. R3 Social Studio retains the right to use anonymized samples of the work as portfolio examples unless you explicitly request otherwise.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your brief. R3 Social Studio is not responsible for content that does not meet your expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate brief information. You are also responsible for publishing the content on your own platforms.
7. Revisions
The Starter pack does not include a revision round. The Pro pack includes one light revision round via email. A light revision covers adjustments to tone, wording or minor content changes, but does not include a full rewrite of the content pack.
8. Delivery times
We aim to deliver Starter packs within 4-5 business days and Pro packs within 5-7 business days after receiving your completed brief. These are estimated timeframes and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@r3socialstudio.com before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
10. Limitation of liability
R3 Social Studio is not responsible for the performance of your social media accounts, follower growth, engagement rates or business results derived from the use of our content. Content is provided as a creative service and results may vary.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved under Spanish jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
